A call for help.
Two children who were in Reservation Foster Care in
South
Dakota have been returned to their Grandparents here
in
Fort Collins. They were neglected in Foster Care and need a
lot of TLC. The Grandparents are on Disability and do not have any money. I
have taken some food and toys to them but I do not have much money at this time.
The boy is 3, he is thin and malnourished. He has rashes on
his body and scars from rashes that were not treated. He is allergic to Soy,
Eggs, Peanuts and animals. He needs goat’s
milk if anyone has connections for that. He wears a 3T/4T and size 7 ½ W shoes, and is not potty trained. He
needs pull ups ( not covered by WIC or
food stamps) and a potty chair. He needs clothes and age appropriate toys.
The girl is 4, she also has rashes and is malnourished. She wears
4T/5T and needs underwear, socks, shoes size 9. She needs age
appropriate toys and books too.
They need a bunk bed, sheets, etc.
There is no housing at this time available. They need a 3
bedroom apartment so the mom can stay there too. The mom also needs a job if
anyone needs cleaning help or around the house work.

They really need good organic food, fresh veggies, goats
milk, etc. The Grandparents go to the food bank but there is not always fresh
food available. These children have been through a lot. Thank you for your
